Role & Responsibility-

- Hands-on experience with online reputation management (ORM) and CSR initiatives.

- Proven ability to work with regulatory and government bodies, industry associations, and other key stakeholders.

- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.

- Develop and implement PR strategies to promote the company's brand and services.

- Write and distribute press releases, articles, speeches, and other PR materials.

- Build and maintain relationships with journalists, media outlets, influencers, and industry leaders.

- Manage media inquiries, interviews, and press conferences.

- Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on PR campaign effectiveness.

- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, social media, and executive leadership, to ensure brand consistency.

- Handle crisis communications and develop proactive crisis management plans.

- Organize and promote company events, press conferences, and community outreach programs.

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging PR strategies.

- 6-7 years of experience in public relations and public affairs, with a proven track record in both startup and corporate settings.
