Job Description Outbound Calls

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Care Executive / Sr. Customer Care Representative to handle outbound customer interactions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a professional approach to customer engagement.

Freshers with a strong command of communication and email etiquette are encouraged to apply.

Having a call center background will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential or existing customers
  • Provide accurate information and support to resolve customer queries
  • Maintain detailed call records and update CRM or internal systems
  • Follow communication scripts and campaign guidelines
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Maintain professionalism and build positive relationships with customers

Skills Required:

  • Excellent Communication Skills (both verbal and written)
  • Email Communication – Ability to draft clear and professional emails
  • Active Listening and ability to respond appropriately
  • Problem-Solving attitude with a customer-centric approach
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and team collaboration
  • Ability to Multitask and manage workload efficiently
