Role: SAP Account Manager

Experience Required: 6–12 years


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage SAP client accounts, ensuring strong relationships and long-term partnerships.
  • Oversee delivery across SAP cross-functional modules, coordinating with technical and functional teams.
  • Drive client engagement, handle escalations, and ensure service excellence.
  • Utilize JIRA and agile methodologies to manage tasks and progress tracking.
  • Act as a Scrum Master, facilitating sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily standups.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to align business goals with SAP solution delivery.


Required Skills:


  • 6–12 years of experience in SAP account management.
  • Strong exposure to SAP retail and cross-functional modules.
  • Hands-on experience with JIRA project management.
  • Certified or practical experience as a Scrum Master.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.


Location: Onsite at Hitech City, Hyderabad (no remote option).
