Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced AEM Admin to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in AEM administration, AEM operations, and working with CI/CD pipelines. A combination of AEM and DevOps tools experience will be preferred. If you have at least 2 years of experience as an AEM Admin, this is a great opportunity to contribute to enterprise-level AEM operations and support.

Desired Skills and Experience :

Experience :

- 4 to 8 years of experience in AEM Administration.

- Minimum of 2 years as AEM Admin experience is required.

- Experience in AEM Operations, including system management, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting.

Technical Skills :

- Strong experience in managing AEM environments (production, staging, development).

- Experience with CI/CD Pipelines for AEM deployment.

- Proficient in working with AEM tools and DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git, etc.).

- Knowledge of AEM updates, patches, and hotfix management.

- Experience in integrating AEM with other tools and supporting continuous integration and delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage AEM environments, including daily operations and maintenance.

- Perform AEM deployments, upgrades, and patching tasks.

- Collaborate with development teams to automate CI/CD pipelines for AEM code releases.

- Provide operational support for AEM instances, including monitoring and troubleshooting.

- Work with DevOps teams to implement automation tools for continuous integration and deployment.

- Ensure smooth operation of AEM systems by resolving any issues and performance bottlenecks.

Additional Skills :

- Knowledge of Linux/Unix for AEM server management.

- Strong scripting skills in Bash, Shell, or similar.

- Good communication skills to interact with stakeholders, including developers and project managers.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Proven experience with AEM administration and DevOps tools.
