As part of our strategic expansion, we are looking for an experienced ERP Implementation Manager to lead the deployment of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system across our manufacturing units and depots.
Job Description:
We are seeking an ERP Implementation Manager with 5+ years of experience to oversee the end-to-end deployment of an ERP system. The ideal candidate will have a mix of technical expertise, project management skills, and business process understanding, along with prior experience in ERP implementation within a company.
Key Responsibilities:
ERP Implementation & Project Management
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of the ERP system, ensuring timely and successful deployment.
- Develop and maintain a detailed project plan aligned with business objectives and timelines.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Vendor Management
- Gather and document business requirements from various departments.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the ERP vendor and third-party consultants to ensure project deliverables meet agreed specifications.
System Configuration & Integration
- Work closely with the IT team and ERP consultants to configure the system to business requirements.
- Oversee customization, development, and system integration, ensuring seamless connectivity with existing processes.
Training & Support
- Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to facilitate a smooth transition.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to users, addressing issues in a timely manner.
Data Migration & Quality Assurance
- Oversee the migration of data from Tally to the new ERP platform.
- Conduct rigorous system testing to identify and resolve discrepancies, ensuring compliance with industry best practices.
Qualifications & Experience:
✔ Education: Master's/Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration (IT), or a related field.
✔ Experience: Minimum 5+ years of ERP implementation experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
✔ Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Logic ERP).
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and industry-specific requirements.
- ✔ Project Management: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities, and drive projects to completion.
- ✔ Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
