This is a hands-on leadership role focused on guiding architecture decisions, mentoring developers, and delivering robust, scalable software solutions using modern technologies.🔧 Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with senior stakeholders to translate business objectives into technical solutionsLead and mentor a high-performing development team, promoting best practices and code qualityArchitect, design, and implement scalable applications that meet system and business requirementsOversee the full software development lifecycle: coding, testing, debugging, and code reviewsEnsure performance, scalability, and security across systems and servicesFoster technical growth among junior developers through coaching and code standardsCollaborate cross-functionally with QA, product owners, and project managers to ensure seamless delivery💻 Core Technical Skills (Hands-On Expertise Required)Minimum 7+ years of experience building complex, public-facing systems using diverse technologies:Node.js and React.js for backend and frontend developmentKafka for event-driven architecture and messagingPostgreSQL and MySQL for relational data managementRedis for caching and session handlingGraphQL and REST APIs for service integrationDocker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestrationAWS, Azure, or GCP for cloud infrastructure and deploymentProficiency in Linux environmentsStrong grasp of database design and query optimization🤝 Desired Soft SkillsProven leadership and team management capabilitiesClear and confident communication across technical and non-technical stakeholdersStrategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to document and communicate technical specifications effectively
