About the Role

You will be the go-to person for HubSpot CRM, ZoomInfo, and the integration between the two platforms , making sure everything runs seamlessly. This includes managing lead generation, enrichment, automation, reporting, and enabling our sales team with the right tools and data at the right time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Management & Enrichment
  • Source, qualify, and enrich leads using ZoomInfo .
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date lead/contact data in HubSpot CRM .
  • Develop workflows for effective lead handoff to sales reps.
  • HubSpot CRM Administration
  • Manage and optimize HubSpot pipelines, workflows, and automation.
  • Ensure sales automation tools are working seamlessly to support the team.
  • Create dashboards, reports, and insights to track performance and KPIs.
  • Integration & Optimization
  • Oversee the integration of ZoomInfo with HubSpot .
  • Ensure smooth syncing of data across both platforms.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues quickly.
  • Sales Enablement
  • “Hand-feed” the sales team with high-quality, ready-to-engage leads.
  • Train sales reps on how to use the tools effectively.
  • Continuously improve processes to increase efficiency and ROI.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing HubSpot CRM (Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, workflows, automation).
  • Strong knowledge of ZoomInfo (prospecting, enrichment, and integrations).
  • Demonstrated success in CRM/marketing automation management .
  • Strong data management, analytical, and reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills; able to collaborate closely with sales teams.
