ROLE SUMMARY

An MIS Data Analyst (Management Information Systems Data Analyst) is responsible for The MIS Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and maintaining data across various systems within the organization. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights, generate reports, and contribute to the overall data-driven decision-making process. The ideal candidate should be skilled in database management, data analysis, and reporting tools.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Data Collection & Management :

Managing Global data with HRMS systems and extracting the data on Daily, Weekly and Monthly for all Exits and Hired employees to project with C level management.

Gather, clean, and organize data from various sources, including internal systems, databases, and external datasets.

Ensure data quality and integrity by performing regular data audits and troubleshooting inconsistencies.

Maintain and update databases for accurate reporting and analysis.

  • Data Analysis & Reporting :

Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will help improve business processes and performance.

Closely working with HR / TA Leaders for preparation of Dashboards Bi weekly to C level management teams.

Design, develop, and maintain customized dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.

Generate ad-hoc reports and present data-driven recommendations to management.

Assist in identifying business requirements for data reporting and system improvements.

  • Data Integration :

Integrate data from various internal and external systems to provide a cohesive view of the business performance.

Ensure proper data governance practices and security measures are followed.

  • Process Improvement :

Provide recommendations to improve data workflows, reporting processes, and system tools.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of current reporting systems and suggest improvements.


QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Candidate should have 4 to 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, or in a similar role.

  • Strong knowledge of data analysis techniques and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Microsoft Word etc.).
  • Knowledge of business intelligence and data visualization tools.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to present findings and recommendations clearly.
  • Well versed with analytic skills.
  • Expert in MIS, Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint Presentation
