Shashi Sales & Marketing is a digital business solutions provider that specializes in website development, advertising, SEO, UI/UX design, social media marketing, graphic and video design, product shoots, branding, PR, IT engineering, networking, infrastructure setup, and FMCG trade services.
Since its establishment in 2005, Shashi Sales & Marketing has built strong relationships with manufacturers, even navigating challenges like demonetization in 2016 and the COVID-19 pandemic in 2021.
The company expanded into digital marketing in 2022, offering targeted digital campaigns, brand identity development, and strategic online presence solutions
The Role
You will be responsible for:
- Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as upsell and cross sell potential within existing customers to maximize share of wallet.
- Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up.
- Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs.
- Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders.
- Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback.
- Building the sales funnel generating leads via cold calling, emailing and other lead generation activities.
- Handling incoming queries and building good client relationships.
- Ensuring all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision makers and understanding their requirements.
- Handing overqualified leads to the sales teams with the objective of closing the sale.
- Maintaining and updating the lead generation database.
- Achieving weekly/monthly targets as set out by the business.
Ideal Profile
- You have at least 1 year experience within an Inside Sales / Sales Development Representative role, ideally within the FMCG, IT Services and Software / SaaS industry.
- You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You have working knowledge of Communication, Time Management, Interpersonal Skills and Sales strategy
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
- Freshers are also applicable.
