What You'll Do:

• Data Architecture Design: Develop and maintain data architecture strategies and frameworks, including data models, data flow diagrams, and data integration processes to support business objectives.
• Data Modeling: Create and maintain logical and physical data models, ensuring they align with business requirements and data governance standards.
• Database Design: Design and optimize database schemas, ensuring performance, scalability, and security are considered in database design and implementation.
• Data Integration: Oversee the integration of data from various sources, including data warehouses, data lakes, and third-party applications, to ensure a unified and accurate data environment.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and analysts to gather requirements, understand data needs, and translate them into technical specifications.
• Data Governance: Implement data governance practices to ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of data systems, identifying and resolving issues related to data quality, access, and integration.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of data architecture, data models, and integration processes to support knowledge sharing and future development.

• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into effective data solutions.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy, consistency, and quality.
