Job Title: Enterprise / Solution / Salesforce ArchitectExperience: 10-18 yearsLocation: PAN IndiaImmediate Joiners Preferred.Kindly share resume to pelluru.vikhil1@genpact.com with Sub of “Salesforce Architect” along with notice period.We are seeking a highly skilled Architect (Enterprise/Solution/Salesforce) with strong expertise across Salesforce (50%) and Azure Functions + Boomi/MuleSoft integration (50%). The ideal candidate will design scalable, secure, and enterprise-ready solutions, lead integration initiatives, and guide cross-functional teams toward successful delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesSalesforce Architecture (50%)Define Salesforce architecture, data model, and platform governance.Lead Salesforce ⇄ enterprise integrations using Boomi or MuleSoft and Azure Integration Services.Review technical designs, solution blueprints, and release strategies.Establish best practices for Apex, Lightning, APIs, event-driven patterns, and scalability.Ensure Salesforce security, access models, and compliance with enterprise standards.Azure & Integration Architecture (50%)Azure Functions & Cloud ServicesArchitect cloud-native solutions using Azure Functions, App Services, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Event Grid.Set up secure Azure foundations:Landing zones, network topology, identity (Entra ID), Key Vault, private endpoints.Establish cloud governance, cost optimization, and DevOps practices.Boomi / MuleSoft IntegrationDesign and implement end-to-end enterprise integrations using Boomi or MuleSoft.Build API-led, event-driven, and microservices-based integration patterns.Define API strategy (contract-first, versioning, throttling, observability).Work with Azure API Management (APIM) to publish and secure APIs.Enterprise Architecture ResponsibilitiesDefine target-state enterprise architecture (microservices/event-driven).Create reference architectures, guardrails, and technical patterns across SFDC, Azure, and integration layers.Ensure non-functional requirements (security, performance, scalability, reliability, cost) are embedded in solutions.Conduct architecture reviews, provide design guidance, and resolve delivery blockers.Leadership & CollaborationLead and mentor teams of 4–10 engineers or consultants.Collaborate with business, product, Salesforce, Azure, and integration teams.Communicate architecture decisions clearly to stakeholders and leadership.Required SkillsStrong expertise in Salesforce architecture (Apex, Lightning, API, Integration).Hands-on experience with Azure Functions and Azure Integration Services.Deep knowledge of Boomi or MuleSoft (one is mandatory).Excellent understanding of API-first architecture and cloud security.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Preferred SkillsExperience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines.Familiarity with Power Platform, Dataverse, or data engineering (ADF, Synapse, Fabric).Domain experience (Healthcare/HIPAA, BFSI, or large enterprise transformations).
