Automation Engineer

Job Title: Automation Engineer

Location: Daman

Experience: 5 – 7 Years (Pharma industry experience preferred)

Qualification: B.E. Mechatronics / B.E. Electrical

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and troubleshoot PLC programming, preferably in Ladder Logic.

• Perform HMI programming and SCADA system configuration.

• Work with stepper motors, servo systems, and encoders programming.

• Configure and set parameters for VFDs.

• Design and implement control panels including panel wiring layouts.

• Operate and troubleshoot pneumatic systems.

• Select and integrate input devices (sensors, etc.) and output devices (actuators, motors, etc.).

• Prepare accurate 2D electrical diagrams.

• Perform electrical troubleshooting to support smooth operations.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of logic control, automation systems, and process automation.

• Hands-on experience with SCADA, HMI, and PLC-based control systems.

• Ability to interpret and create technical drawings and wiring diagrams.

• Problem-solving skills with a focus on system reliability and efficiency.

• Exposure to automation in the pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable.
