Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a 2D Architectural Designer located in Jaipur. The 2D Architectural Designer will be responsible for creating detailed architectural drawings, collaborating with other professionals to develop design concepts, preparing and presenting design proposals, conducting site visits, and ensuring that designs comply with local building codes and regulations. Additionally, the designer will work on the development of ecological and energy-efficient designs.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in 2D architectural drawing software such as AutoCAD and Revit
  • Strong knowledge of architectural design principles and construction documentation
  • Understanding of local building codes and regulations
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
  • Experience in the design and construction industry is beneficial
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

Responsibilities:

  • Produce architectural drawings & details (AutoCAD/Rhino).
  • Work under Project Architect to prepare DD & CD sets.
  • Coordinate with BIM/3D Designer for accurate documentation

Requirements:

  • B.Arch/Diploma in Architecture.
  • 1–3 years' drafting experience.
