We serve a wide range of clients, from CRMs and SaaS platforms to SMEs and marketing agencies, helping them automate alerts, notifications, promotions, and support workflows.

As we expand our platform capabilities and launch new channels, we're looking for passionate engineers to join our core team and shape the infrastructure powering communication for thousands of Australian businesses.

You'll be a valued member of our engineering team. We value evidence-backed opinions and will have the opportunity to play an integral part in driving the engineering team's rhythm, culture and processes with opportunities in planning and resource allocation, architecture and design, coding, deployment, and support.

Responsibilities

  • Creating and maintaining services using serverless
  • Enforcing and guiding best practices with Node.js.
  • Develop socket communication using socket.io
  • Build a web application using mongodb.
  • Owning major parts of the system, designing and delivering quality, stable solutions
  • Building robust, scalable software as a key member of our core engineering team
  • Writing clean, maintainable code that is suitable for continuous integration and deployment, following best practices and software guidelines
  • Using Code Agent like Cursor & Claude
  • Must have serverless Exp such as Lambda, SQS and API Gateway
  • Helping to drive the engineering rhythm and process of the team from planning, resource allocation, design, coding, deployment, and support
  • Owning the code you and your team build, which means supporting debugging, monitoring and alerting in production

What You'll Learn:

  • Designing and developing AWS serverless applications.
  • Building scalable and reliable front-end architectures. Using GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI, etc to enhance coding efficiency.
  • Hands-on experience with product development from ideation to delivery.

What you'll bring: 

  • 3+ years of experience in building and deploying Node.js
  • 2+ years of MongoDB experience
  • Experience using and developing RESTful API
  • Experience in building a scalable platform.
  • A passion for building automated, fault-tolerant and reliable applications
  • Understanding of event-driven systems
  • Proficient understanding of Git and code management tools (one of; Gitlab, Bitbucket, GitHub, etc)
  • The ability to communicate clearly and effectively with your team, managers and stakeholders.
