What Youll Do :

- Implement and customize the Oracle CX Cloud Suite (Sales, Service, Marketing modules).

- Integrate Oracle CX with other Oracle Cloud services and third-party applications.

- Conduct system testing, performance tuning, and data migration activities.

- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and deliver tailored solutions.

What Were Looking For:

- Strong expertise in Oracle CX Cloud, Fusion Applications, and Oracle ADF.

- Solid understanding of CRM processes along with hands-on experience in PLSQL and Web Services (SOAP/REST).

- Proven experience in integrating and customizing Oracle-based solutions.

- Excellent communication skills with a consultative and client-first approach.
