Location: Indiranagar, Bangalore (please do not apply if you are not willing to relocate to Bangalore)

Company: Product Company (Leader in healthcare, medical devices)

Mode of work: 5 days in the office

Designation: Staff Mobile Application Developer

Skills Required: 5 years in Android development + 5 years iOS Development

Experience: 12+ years

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features

• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications

• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs

• Maintain code quality, organization, and automation

• Stay up-to-date with emerging mobile technologies and trends

• Contribute to strategic decisions around mobile architecture and tooling

• Identify and recommend opportunities for efficiency improvements in department processes.

• Conduct static analysis, code coverage analysis, and other verification techniques to ensure high-quality

software.

• Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level.

• Performs other duties assigned as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in computer engineering/science or other relevant technical experience of 15 years is

required.

• 10 years of hands-on experience in mobile application development

• Proficiency in Swift, Objective-C, Kotlin, and Java

• Strong understanding of iOS SDK, Android SDK, and platform-specific design principles

• Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party libraries

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, unit testing, and automated testing frameworks

• Solid grasp of UI/UX standards, performance optimization, and security best practices

• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, BitBucket)


• Proven track record of publishing apps to the App Store and Google Play

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills

• Knowledge of cloud services (e.g., Firebase, AWS, Azure)

• Familiarity with software configuration management tools, defect tracking tools, and peer review

techniques.

• Knowledge of defect management tools such as JIRA is required.

• Familiarity to Agile methodology is preferred.

• Has good verbal and written communication skills.
