Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive – US/ EU & UK Sales & Technical Hiring This is a Work from Home Opportunity Locations: Gujarat / Jammu & Kashmir / Dehradun / Coimbatore / Trivandrum / Kochi Industry: Staffing & Recruitment (US Market) Department: Talent Acquisition About the Role: We are looking for an experienced and proactive Talent Acquisition Executive to support Sales Hiring and Technical Hiring for USA, EU & UK requirements. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment for the US /EU & UK staffing industry, sourcing and engaging top talent across time zones, and partnering closely with internal teams and clients to ensure timely closures. Key Responsibilities: Handle full-cycle recruitment for US/ EU & UK -based Sales and Technical roles (IT & Non-IT). Source, screen, and qualify candidates using job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, , etc.). Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure smooth onboarding. Collaborate with account managers and delivery teams to understand specific role requirements. Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate recruitment reports. Work effectively across US time zones, ensuring high responsiveness and timely follow-ups. Stay updated with current hiring trends, compensation structures, and compliance in the US staffing market. Skills & Qualifications: Any Graduate, Business Administration, B.E /B.Tech or any related field. 3–5 years of experience in US recruitment, preferably in the staffing or consulting industry. Proven experience in both sales and technical hiring. Proficiency with US job boards (Dice, CareerBuilder, Monster, , etc.). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in US shift hours and meet aggressive hiring targets. Preferred: Experience handling end-to-end recruitment independently for US clients.
