Role: We are adding super creative and talented editors to our creative team. You will work with multiple verticals and edit videos to suit multiple mediums and audiences. Responsibilities: Interpret creative briefs and translate them into compelling, high-impact video narratives that align with brand tone and campaign objectives. Conceptualize and develop visual treatments, mood boards, and edit structures across multiple projects and genres. Oversee the full post-production process — from ingesting and organizing raw footage to assembling storylines, integrating motion graphics, sound design, and color grading for a polished final output. Adapt edits for diverse digital platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.) with an understanding of aspect ratios, codecs, and platform-specific storytelling nuances. Partner closely with the Creative, Production, and Marketing teams to ensure content quality, consistency, and timely delivery across campaigns. Provide creative inputs during shoots and pre-production when required, ensuring seamless alignment between ideation and execution. Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging editing techniques, and content formats to continuously elevate visual storytelling quality. Must-Have Skills & Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience as a Video Editor in a creative agency, production house, or digital content studio. Must be fluent with Bengali language. Strong command over editing software such as DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or equivalent tools. Solid understanding of pacing, rhythm, and transitions to make edits dynamic, engaging, and platform-ready. Exceptional storytelling ability with an eye for emotion, design, and detail. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines. A team player who can both lead junior editors and collaborate with cross-functional teams with creative agility and accountability.
