Position: Consultant Psychologist  (Salary: ₹25,000/15days a month  + 100% of student client fees )

Location: Koramangala, Bangalore

About Illumora

We are a mental health institution who aim to resolve psychological problems with the support of expressive arts and spirituality to create transformative experiences. We deliver through workshops, DIY journals, events, and podcasts that heal, inspire, and impact lives with real time psycho-education and creative practices.

What will you do?

• You’ll engage daily with students, design workshops, co-develop books/events, record podcasts and turn healing into an inspiring, joyful process.
• Check for validity, reliability, and ethics for the workshops and campaigns.
• Collect data to measure the impact of our workshops.
• Write a research proposal to validate newly adapted methods.
• Observe deeply (micro-expressions, body language, subtle cues) and apply insights.(optional )
