we are looking for a Game Designer to help shape the future of hybrid casual & Puzzle games.

What You'll Do

  • Conceptualize & design original game ideas that can become global hits.
  • Develop engaging mechanics & levels for hybrid casual/hypercasual audiences.
  • Collaborate with artists & developers to craft seamless gameplay.
  • Balance game economies to drive fun & monetization.
  • Strategize creative ads & marketable hooks.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends & refine designs based on player feedback.

What We're Looking For

  • 1-3 years in game design (hybrid casual, puzzle preferred).
  • Strong ideation & conceptualization skills.
  • Passion for addictive, fun, player-first experiences.
  • Problem-solving creativity + team collaboration.
  • Unity knowledge (plus), puzzle design experience (big plus), color theory eye (bonus).
