Creative Design Lead

This role demands a mix of design expertise, creative leadership, and strategic vision to ensure brand consistency and high-quality output across campaigns. The ideal candidate is a proactive storyteller and mentor who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative marketing environment.Core ResponsibilitiesLead the ideation and design of visually striking assets for marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives across multiple platforms.Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistent and modern visual communication across all channels.Manage and mentor a team of designers, ensuring high standards of creativity, quality, and delivery. Conduct regular reviews and skill development sessions.Partner closely with marketing, sales, and content teams to translate campaign objectives into creative outputs that drive engagement and conversion.Identify bottlenecks in the design workflow and implement scalable processes, templates, and best practices to improve efficiency.Stay ahead of design and digital trends—adopting innovative styles, motion design, and storytelling techniques into Altudo’s visual strategy.Oversee video content creation, including concepting, storyboarding, and editing for marketing and corporate initiatives.Ensure all design outputs meet Altudo’s brand and quality standards before release.What will I bring to the team?6–8 years of experience in graphic design, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role.Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and storytelling through design.Experience leading a small design team or mentoring junior designers.Demonstrated success in developing end-to-end visual campaigns across digital and print media.Familiarity with digital marketing, social media design trends, and performance-driven creative design.Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to thrive under deadlines while managing multiple priorities.Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Stay updated with design trends and software updates, adapting designs to changing marketing needs.What's in it for you?Drive Altudo’s brand identity and ensure consistency across digital, print, and event channels.Design and deliver high-quality marketing assets including event booths, social media campaigns, landing pages, infographics, eBooks, and short marketing videos.Partner with the Digital Marketing and Product Marketing teams to transform business objectives into impactful creative designs.Lead quality control and proofing to ensure all deliverables meet top-tier design standards.Manage structured design files, templates, and creative libraries for efficiency and future reusability.Explore new design technologies and tools to boost creativity and productivity.About Altudo Altudo is an award-winning customer experience consulting firm with a global presence across the US, Canada, and South America.
