In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Testing to ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable software through rigorous test planning, execution, and automation. You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering and product management to shape solutions that deliver measurable value. This is a high-impact role that will influence our quality and user experience of product, strengthen customer outcomes, and shape our company’s growth trajectory.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop a deep understanding of quality assurance processes, product behavior, and end-user expectations to identify high-leverage opportunities for improving test coverage and product reliability.Own the execution of automated and manual testing strategies across critical product workflows and releases.Collaborate closely with engineering and product management, to define and refine product requirements, ensuring they are testable, clear, and aligned with business goals.Participate in sprint meetings and provide feedback from a testing perspective.Analyze test results, troubleshoot issues, and identify areas of improvement in our applicationsMentor and support cross-functional teammates across QA, development, and DevOps disciplines, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and shared ownership of quality.What We’re Looking For4+ years of experience in the software quality assurance domainProven track record in Functional and automation testing to deliver high-quality productsDeep domain knowledge in web application testing, preferably in Healthcare domainStrong communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levelsHands-on experience on automation frameworks preferably Playwright with JavaScript and tools like Postman, JIRA, Zephyr, and CI/CD platforms like Jenkins or GitHub ActionsA systems thinker who balances big-picture vision with attention to detailPassion for real-world impact and solving meaningful problems
