Role:

üAnalyzing the franchisee business by resolving the existing issues thereby providing immense support to the franchisee.

üTo maintain a synergetic relationship with RH, SH and RM's by supporting their efforts to enhance the business.

üResponsible to reactivate the inactive franchisees by resolving the teething issues thereby generating brokerage and doing account addition consistently.

üDevelop and maintain long term relationship with the franchisee to maintain a high level of retention of the existing franchisee and also focus on generating new business.

üTo keep abreast with market knowledge and market intelligence.

üProvide regular updates to the immediate superior as and when required.
