Experience: Minimum 8 years in investment management, wealth advisory, or financial services
Education: Master's Degree from an accredited college
CTC: 15 LPA+  

Job Summary:

The Investment Counsellor / Private Wealth Manager will be responsible for providing tailored investment solutions to HNI/Ultra HNI clients. The role demands expertise in financial markets, portfolio management, and relationship-building to drive asset growth and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their financial goals and risk appetite.
• Provide personalized investment strategies, portfolio reviews, and market insights.
• Ensure proactive communication on portfolio performance and market trends.
• Acquire new clients through referrals and open market sourcing, expanding the AUM and revenue.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and financial planning discussions.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication skills (multilingual preferred).
• In-depth market knowledge and ability to identify investment opportunities.
• Analytical & convincing skills to drive financial solutions.
• Service-oriented approach with perseverance and result-driven mindset.
• Teamwork, initiative, and creativity in client engagement strategies.

Certifications:

Must possess mandatory industry certifications as per company policy.
