NP : Max 30 - 45 days


  • Location : Gurgaon - Work from office
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in IT Operations with at least 2 years in Netcool administration and support.
  • Strong working knowledge of OMNIbus ObjectServer, Impact policies, and WebGUI configurations.
  • Experience with custom probe configuration and log/event ingestion (SNMP, syslog).
  • Familiarity with integration of Netcool with ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Remedy.
  • Proficient in scripting (Shell, Perl, or JavaScript) for automation and troubleshooting.
  • Solid understanding of incident management, problem management, and change control processes (ITIL framework).

Excellent communication and coordination skills, especially under pressure
