Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, ideally within an ERP environment.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand and gather data requirements related to NetSuite and Workday ERP implementation.
  • Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI (PBI) tools.
  • Perform data extraction, transformation, and analysis from Snowflake to support business insights and decision-making.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across NetSuite, Workday, and Snowflake environments.
  • Support data migration and validation efforts during the ERP transition process.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineers to optimize Snowflake queries and data pipelines for efficient data flow.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for data models, processes, and dashboards.
  • Proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing large datasets in Snowflake.
  • Hands-on experience working with NetSuite and Workday ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex business data and provide actionable insights.
  • Experience using Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Power BI (PBI) to create reports and dashboards.
  • Understanding of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and data integration methods.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Finance, HR, and IT.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with Python or R for data analysis and modeling.
  • Knowledge of data governance, security best practices, and compliance.
  • Familiarity with Workday Reporting and Workday Prism Analytics.
  • Exposure to financial and HR analytics, particularly in the context of ERP systems.
