What will you do?

  • The Consultant will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including troubleshooting, technical support, and consulting services. The Functional Consultant will also be responsible for sales support, managing project scope, and communicating the solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

Key Skills:

  • Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud
  • Work closely with the technical team for reports, integrations, and data conversions.
  • Troubleshoot issues, resolve system defects, and manage change requests.
  • Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and test scripts.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
  • Should have strong functional expertise and additionally may have experience in any of the below modules: Payroll, OTL, Compensation, Benefits, Learning and ORC (Oracle Recruiting Cloud)
  • Should have done at least 1 HCM end-end cloud implementations.
  • Must have a strong track record of delivering Oracle Fusion HCM solutions, including extensive experience in the areas of business process analysis, requirement definition and solution design.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree preferred or Equivalent experience
