The Role:We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Frontend Engineer to join our growing team at Tech Holding. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality, responsive, and scalable user interfaces across multiple products. The ideal candidate is passionate about modern front-end technologies, performance optimization, and delivering exceptional user experiences.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to translate requirements into high-performing front-end solutions.Develop and implement user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks such as React.Js, Vue.Js, or Angular. Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code using JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.Build, test, and deploy front-end architecture that ensures scalability, security, and high performance.Work with state management libraries (Redux, MobX, Vuex, etc.) and front-end build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel).Implement and maintain component libraries and reusable design systems.Optimize applications for speed, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.Conduct unit and integration testing using tools like Jest, Mocha, or Cypress.Perform debugging and performance profiling to ensure smooth functionality.Integrate with backend services and APIs, ensuring data consistency and seamless UX.Participate in code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and promoting best practices.Contribute to automation, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).Ability to utilize AI Assisted coding tools will be a plus.Required Skills:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.4+ years of professional experience in frontend development.Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.Hands-on experience with one or more modern frameworks: React.Js, Vue.Js, Angular.Knowledge of state management, front-end build tools, and performance testing frameworks.Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and integration with backend services.Having experience or familiarity with cloud technologies is an added advantage.Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.Familiarity with UI/UX principles, accessibility standards, and Agile development.Cross-Time-Zone Collaboration:Ensure consistent overlap and effective communication with US teams and project meetings. Requires availability during evening hours (approximately 30 mins to 1 hour from home) based on project needs.
