Job Description

Lead and manage the Secretarial & Business Support department. Oversee client servicing operations within the financial services and fund management sectors. Develop and implement policies for effective department operations. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Coordinate with other department heads to achieve company objectives. Identify and implement strategies for operational efficiency. Manage team performance, providing training and development as necessary. Represent the department in executive meetings and contribute to strategic decisions.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Head of Department for Secretarial & Business Support' should have:

A minimum of 17 years of overall experience in the financial services and fund management sectors. Open to Mumbai as a location, WFO/WFH. Candidate should come with experience dealing with the fund management industry.
