Job Description:-

Must Have:

  • Minimum 5 - 10 years of development industry experience with exposure to complete life cycle of development at least once on CLP/RPG/RPGLE on commercial applications.
  • Extensive Knowledge of AS400 technology (RPGLE, CLLE, DB2), ILE which also means working knowledge of modular programming in ILE-RPG including Modules, Service Programs etc.
  • Appreciation and knowledge of effort estimation, Unit Testing. Should be experienced in writing comprehensive Unit Test Cases / Plans. Able to execute & coordinate SIT & UAT with another vendor and Project Implementation
  • Knowledge of trouble shooting during various phases of development
  • Reasonable working experience of coding new (and changing) complex CL programs.
  • Knowledge of DB2 concepts and associated methodologies.
  • Should have good English communication and experience in multi culture work environment.

Good-To-Have:

  • Experience in Insurance domain (preferred in Life insurance domain)
  • Can work as part of the larger team to ensure satisfactory deliveries.
  • Proven ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.
  • Self-motivated, flexible, responsible and a desire for quality
