ERP Systems Testing Analyst ll (3 + years) – GURGAON Location

What you will be doing

Responsible for all aspects of manual/automation testing for maintaining Oracle CPQ platform. Projects may be focused on development of new or upgraded products and services, internal information system-specific projects that may involve E2E testing of internal applications, technology integration and/or infrastructure environment build-out, delivery by service teams for outsourced solutions to external clients or delivery of new or enhanced products and/or services to improve customer satisfaction through use of technology.

  What you bring

  • Overall 3+ Years' experience in testing on Oracle CPQ platform.
  • Should be able to perform base level OOB configuration on Oracle CPQ platform and should be keen explore related areas.
  • Experienced on CRM/CPQ applications platform and can work as a tester on stories developed on Oracle CPQ/ Custom CPQ.
  • Fully understanding the system design to cover all the testing scenarios and to validate system as per business process flows.
  • Ensure performing the system integration testing during the UAT phase of developed stories.
  • Ensure delivering the testing of stories within sprint , without spillover.
  • Work collaboratively with development team to understand business process flow and ensure to deliver the CPQ projects on time.
  • Active speaker on daily standups and raise the alarm if see any risk or challenge. 
  • 100 % availability (Can be on standby) during the monthly PROD release. 
  • Identifying the root cause of the defects logged business based on priority.
  • Takes proactive measures to ensure optimal application and system performance and works with CRM Systems Architect to address any performance issues.
  • Coordinates with ERP Business analysts and/or other internal professionals to define detailed requirements, analyze business needs, validate solutions with clients, and translate into configuration and/or customization technical design along with development team.
  • Provides new and innovative alternative ideas for CPQ system and application challenges.
  • Good Knowledge on test scenarios creation and test scripts management.
  • Jira experience will be a added advantage.
  • Analyzes systems specifications and uses the latest analysis tools to represent business/ processes in a system solution.
  • Should be open to stretch into multiple areas and should be aspirational to learn new platforms.
  • Excellent analysis, problem-solving, team, conflict management and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to understand, apply and explain concepts
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems using learned techniques and tools
  • Required bachelor's degree in computer engineering, computer science, Commerce, Arts or other related discipline.
