Job Title: Senior Specialist : Finance
Location : Delhi
Type : Full-Time
Job Overview: Xindus is seeking a Senior Specialist in Finance to manage accounts payable and receivable functions, ensure compliance with statutory regulations, and handle tax filings (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.). This role will involve processing vendor invoices, managing payments, conducting monthly expense variance analysis, and resolving escalated financial issues. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ERP systems and Excel, possess strong analytical skills, and demonstrate the ability to manage complex financial processes in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.
2. Prepare and execute monthly payment schedules, ensuring adherence to payment terms.
3. Conduct monthly expense variance analysis to monitor and control company expenses.
4. Raise invoices in accordance with project measurements, ensuring accurate and timely billing.
5. Prepare and oversee statutory and compliance processes for payroll, benefits, VAT, 6. TDS, service tax, excise tax, and GST, including GSTR3B, GSTR1, and GSTR2 filings.
7. Address and resolve escalated issues related to accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of vendor and customer transactions.
8. Prepare and manage direct and indirect tax returns (GST, TDS, Income Tax) and ensure timely filing.
9. Handle communication with customers and vendors through phone, email, and mail to ensure payment follow-ups and resolve discrepancies.
10. Manage the issuance, discounting, and negotiation of Letters of Credit (LC).
11. Oversee foreign remittance processes, including preparation of Form 15CA & 15CB for import vendor payments.
12. Ensure timely payment of statutory obligations like PF, ESI, GST, custom duties, TDS, professional tax, and utility bills.
13. Support statutory and tax audits by preparing schedules and liaising with Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in accounts payable, receivable, or related financial roles, with a track record of ensuring accurate invoicing, timely payments, and effective issue resolution.
3. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel for data analysis, reporting, and financial reconciliation.
4. Hands-on experience with ERP systems, with the ability to navigate and utilize these systems efficiently for financial processes.
5. Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
6. Knowledge of statutory compliance, including GST, TDS, VAT, and other tax regulations.
