Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business and functional requirements for SAP C4C and ISU systems.
  • Design and execute test plans, test scripts, and test cases for integrated C4CISU processes.
  • Validate key utilities processes:
  • Customer Master Data Replication
  • Service Request & Ticket Handling
  • Interaction Center Workflows
  • Move-in/Move-out Processes
  • Billing & Invoicing Integration
  • Perform integration, regression, and UAT testing across SAP systems.
  • Validate middleware integration (SAP CPI/HCI, PI/PO).
  • Collaborate with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and developers to resolve defects.
  • Document and report test results; track and manage defect lifecycle.
  • Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.

Good to Have:

  • Experience with automation testing using Tricentis Tosca for SAP
