We are expanding our team and looking for a skilled HR Executive to manage our growing workforce effectively.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement strategies.
  • Maintain employee records and handle HR documentation.
  • Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary issues while ensuring a positive work environment.
  • Coordinate payroll, attendance tracking, and leave management.
  • Conduct performance reviews and assist in training and development initiatives.
  • Organize team-building activities, company events, and employee welfare programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
  • Work closely with department heads to support organizational goals.
  • Attended exhibitions and trade shows to promote company products and recruit new talent.
  • Managed and updated social media reviews and posts to enhance brand presence.

Key Skills & Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of HR experience in the IT or gaming industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software.
  • Passion for gaming and a good understanding of the gaming industry is a plus.
