We are seeking a talented individual to join our Marsh Data Services team at Marsh. This role will be based in Mumbai This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the officeManager - Metrics, Analytics & ReportingWe will count on you to:Working experience in QlikSense and SQL

Exposure to other BI tools

Support the development of management intelligence dashboards in agile environment

Executing QC standards and checkpoints

Documentation of processes and test results. Standards, and procedures.

Assist in implementing quality checks and monitoring mechanisms to identify and rectify anomalies in dashboards.

Work with senior BI architects and help implement best practices

Understanding of agile principals/ scrum ceremonies

and experience of working in agile environment

Understanding of data security and privacy principles

What you need to have:Very strong logical thinking skills. Advanced SQL coding/ Qlik skills is mandatory

Quick learner with a keen interest in understanding business strategies and BI tools

Ability to think in terms of business frameworks and 'connect the dots' to arrive at insights

Strong foundation of research including clarity on business with ability to translate data into meaningful insights

Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint and Excel
