Job Title: Full Stack OneSDLC+ - VP Location: Pune, India Role Description The goal of TDI Engineering Platforms and Practices is to enable the enterprise governance for the development process within Deutsche Bank. We will put an engineering mindset at the forefront of the decision-making process and will establish and embed the engineering best practice across the IT teams. You will be joining this group as a Lead Engineer working on OneSDLC+ our target state Governance platform. This framework is a key component in managing SDLC risks outside of the core software supply chain. You will be responsible for designing, building and supporting a key and cutting-edge platform and working to promote Engineering Culture through supporting strategies and experimentation. Coach delivery teams in modern engineering practices, striving to ensure that your team can build, test and release software with short lead times and at a minimum of waste Liaise with product owner, QA, Dev Ops and other cross functional teams to ensure smooth delivery and deployment Working directly with divisional leaders and other development teams to elicit requirements  Understanding the divisional practices, the industry standards and the regulatory requirements and recommending modern techniques backed by data and proved through experimentation (of your design)  Developing supporting materials (software, training materials, workshops) to guide adoption and measurement (KPIs) and act as a SDLC Ambassador in the firm Providing hands-on coaching to support teams in the Enablement Team model (Team Topologies) Work with peer teams to deliver successfully on integration points Participate in SL3, production issues investigation and resolution Your skills and experience Experienced polyglot developer (we use Java/React/Kotlin mostly) with 15+ Yrs of experience. Knowledge of data structures and algorithms Knowledge of common application architecture, integration, and design patterns. Experience in modern software delivery techniques including engineering practices such as XP and automated testing techniques such as TDD/ATDD  Familiar with DevOps and infra technologies, like OpenShift, TFE, GitHub technologies (GHAs etc). Strong verbal and written communication skills.
