About Renata AIRenata Envirocom (Renata AI) is pioneering Vision AI and Industrial IoT solutions for manufacturing quality and process excellence. •      Domain Expertise: Strong presence in automobile ancillary and other manufacturing sectors—we understand their challenges deeply •      Proven Results: Customers achieve 15-30% rejection rate reduction, faster throughput, and complete traceability •      Technical Depth: End-to-end solutions covering hardware, AI models, and system integration •      Startup Edge: Founded by IIT/IIM alumni with 15+ years in manufacturing technology—culture of autonomy, innovation, and ownership •      Strategic Location: Gurgaon base provides access to automobile ancillary manufacturers across NCR region Website: What You'll DoCore Responsibilities Customer Acquisition (80% Focus) •      Generate and convert pipeline through marketing leads, referrals, and targeted outreach •      Maintain high activity levels with regular customer meetings (mix of plant visits and online demos) •      Perform on-site plant walkthroughs to understand production processes and identify AI/IoT opportunities •      Position Vision AI solutions for defect detection, process monitoring, or traceability based on customer needs Solution Selling •      Present case studies and ROI demonstrations to Quality Heads, Production Managers, and Plant Directors •      Coordinate technical discussions with presales team for solution design •      Design customer-specific proposals covering hardware (cameras, edge devices), software, and integration •      Manage pilot/POC deployments to demonstrate value before full rollout Sales Execution •      Prepare detailed proposals with BOMs, development scope, and integration requirements •      Negotiate pricing within defined discount authority while maintaining healthy project margins •      Manage complex B2B sales cycles requiring persistence and strategic relationship building •      Update CRM daily with pipeline movement, meeting notes, and next actions •      Report weekly to management on pipeline health and deal progress You'll manage enterprise-level deals with significant revenue impact and attractive commission structure. Success metrics and targets will be discussed during the interview process. What Your Week Looks Like•      Monday: Pipeline review meeting, prioritize follow-ups, plan customer visits for the week •      Tue-Fri: Regular customer interactions—plant visits in Manesar/Bawal/IMT belt, online demos, technical discussions with production teams. Some customer visits will also happen across India. •      Customer Meetings Involve: Understanding quality challenges, presenting relevant case studies (similar parts/processes), coordinating camera trials or AI model demos •      Saturday: Proposal preparation, CRM updates, coordination with technical and delivery teams •      Monthly: Business review meetings at customer sites post-implementation What You BringMust-Have Qualifications •      2-3 years of B2B technology/solution sales (manufacturing, industrial automation, or related sectors preferred) •      Proven new customer acquisition track record with ability to build pipeline from scratch •      Technical aptitude to understand and articulate computer vision, AI, and IoT concepts to non-technical stakeholders •      Consultative selling skills – comfortable with complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders •      Strong communication – ability to present to shop floor teams and C-suite executives alike •      Process discipline – rigorous in CRM updates, follow-ups, and sales methodology •      Comfort with complexity – selling solutions involving hardware + software + integration across varied customer environments Strong Plus (Not Required) •      Experience selling to automobile/auto-ancillary manufacturers •      Familiarity with Quality/Production departments in manufacturing plants •      Understanding of Quality 4.0, Industry 4.0, machine vision, or AI concepts •      Engineering background (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Computer Science) •      Existing network in NCR manufacturing belt (Manesar/Gurgaon/Faridabad/Bawal) Education Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Computer Science) or equivalent technical background Compensation & Career Growth•       Compensation: Competitive fixed salary + attractive performance-based incentives (structure discussed during interview) •       Career Path: Sales Lead → Senior Sales Lead → Regional Sales Manager •
