- Complete activities of Sales & Marketing 

- Will be responsible for achieving AOP target, keeping growth and profitability in mind - Identification of new prospect and area to expand business horizon 

- Dealer management - both existing and venturing new opportunities 

- Conduction of different demand generation activities like farmer's meet/ webinar/seminar/Govt. Official  meet 

- Building good rapport with customers/farmers, provide the right solution  

- Coordinate with Branch Head /HO for seamless supply of material 

- Uploading required documents in portal to get subsidy on time 

- Ensure cash flow of business by collecting payment on time 

- Motivate team members to achieve desired goal 

- To do various capacity building exercise under CBMS  

- Liaison with Government departments / Resource Institutions for various schemes supporting PMKSY /  MI Programmes  

- Submission of various reports to the reporting manager as and when required



Requirements

⮚ Education : B.Sc ( Agri or Allied) / B.Tech (Agri Eng) along with MBA in ( Agribusiness) is preferred

⮚ 5-7 Years of Industry experience in sales or business development in Agri domain/ Tractors ⮚ Exposure in Karnataka Market 

⮚ Good communication in English & local language 

⮚ Ability to embrace change and work under pressure 

⮚ Proficient in Excel & other technical tools 

⮚ Passionate for sales & marketing 

⮚ Proficient in written communication (Eng) like E-mail, drafting official letters 

⮚ Open to be relocated to any city within India 

⮚ Willing to travel for at least 10-12 days every month
