Catalog Associate - Job Description

As a Catalog Associate, you will be responsible for managing our product catalog and

ensuring that all product information is accurate and up to date. Additionally, you will be

responsible for editing and enhancing product images to ensure high-quality visuals on

online platforms.


Responsibilities:

● Manage the product catalog, including creating, updating, and maintaining product

listings.

● Ensure that product information, such as descriptions, specifications, and pricing, is

accurate and consistent across all catalog entries.

● Edit product images using image editing software to enhance visual appeal and

ensure consistency in image quality.

● Crop, resize, retouch, and optimize images to meet specific requirements for online

platforms.

● Maintain an organized database of product images and ensure they are easily

accessible for catalog and marketing purposes.

● Perform quality checks to ensure that product information and images meet company

standards and guidelines.



Candidate Profile

●Bachelor's degree

● Excellent communication

● Advance in Excel

● 0-2 years of experience in catalog management, product content creation, or e-

commerce merchandising, preferably in the jewellery or fashion industry.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.

● Familiarity with catalog management systems or software.

● Proficiency in image editing software, such as Adobe Photoshop or GIMP.

● Good communication and collaboration skills

● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
