We are hiring for a Senior Audit Manager for a leading Accounting and Audit firm with PAN India presence. Key Responsibilities : Assist in planning audit engagements, including understanding the client's business, identifying risks, and developing audit plans. Manage the audit team and audit engagement in accordance with the established audit program and guidelines. Gather and evaluate audit evidence and document findings in a clear and concise manner. Review and analyze financial statements and supporting documentation to ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Identify discrepancies and provide recommendations for corrective actions. Maintain effective communication with clients to understand their financial reporting processes and address any issues or concerns. Co-ordinate with the Partners to ensure all audits are being managed and executed in a time bound and efficient manner Provide exceptional client service by delivering timely and accurate audit reports and ensuring client satisfaction. Work collaboratively with audit team members, sharing knowledge and contributing to the overall success of the audit engagement. Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members as needed. Ensure that all audit work papers and documentation meet the firm's quality standards and regulatory requirements. Stay updated with changes in accounting and auditing standards, regulations, and industry trends. Skills and Qualifications : Professional certification of CA 10-15 years of experience in statutory auditing or a related field. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards, and financial reporting. Proficiency in using audit software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
