Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Developer with 3-4 years of experience to build highly responsive and performant go2work platform. You’ll work closely with our backend developers, UI/UX designers, and product team to bring our vision to life by developing user-friendly, interactive interfaces that elevate the user experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize highly responsive user interfaces using modern frontend technologies.
  • Ensure UI components are optimized for speed, performance, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with backend developers to integrate REST APIs and handle real-time data with WebSocket.
  • Utilize React and Next.js to build dynamic, SEO-friendly applications.
  • Implement Context API, React Query, React Hook Form, and Redux for state management.
  • Use Zod for schema validation and form handling.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and modular code using JavaScript and TypeScript.
  • Ensure the frontend scores high in performance analysis tools like Lighthouse.
  • Deploy applications via Vercel and manage workflows using CI/CD pipelines.
  • Work with version control systems like Git and handle package management using npm and yarn.
  • Utilize Firebase Cloud Messaging for push notifications.
  • Create unit tests using Jest to ensure high code quality and reliability.


Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, Tailwind CSS, and Shadcn UI/Radix UI.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
  • Experience with React, Next.js, and Redux.
  • Familiarity with state management tools like Context API, React Query, and React Hook Form.
  • Experience with Zod for schema validation.
  • Understanding of performance optimization and responsive design.
  • Knowledge of Git and version control workflows.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs and WebSocket for real-time data.
  • Experience deploying applications using Vercel.
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.
  • Knowledge of unit testing and localization.



Brownie Points if you have the following:

  • Experience with AI and Machine Learning.
  • Familiarity with Material UI.
  • Experience with integrated analytics tools.
  • Owning a MacBook for development purposes.
