Servicenow Architect

Responsibilities:

• Design end to end architecture for Servicenow GRC solutions including Policy & Compliance, Risk, Audit, and Vendor Risk Management
• Define and implement GRC strategies, frameworks, and best practices.
• Lead GRC solution design workshops with business and technical stakeholders
• Translate business requirements into scalable and sustainable GRC configurations
• Lead and mentor ServiceNow developers, providing technical direction and ensuring adherence to architectural standards
• Collaborate closely with developers to review code, configurations, and scripts for quality and compliance
• Ensure seamless integration of GRC with other ServiceNow modules and external systems
• Oversee configuration, customization, and scripting of GRC applications
• Define data models, workflows, and risk scoring methodologies
• Ensure GRC architecture aligns with enterprise security and compliance standards
• Support platform upgrades, patches, and solution optimization
• Conduct architecture reviews and ensure adherence to design principles
• Engage in proof of concept and prototype development for GRC enhancements.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 yrs of IT experience, with at least 5 yrs on hands-on GRC experience.
• Certification: CIS – GRC(IRM) mandatory
• CTA is a plus
• String understanding of governance, risk management, compliance, and audit processes.
• Proven experience in integrating ServiceNow GRC with third party systems
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, data models, and APIs.
• Experience leading and mentoring ServiceNow development teams
• Ability to balance strategic architecture planning with hands-on technical involvement
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Familiarity with ITIL, ISO 27001, SOX, GDPR and other compliance frameworks.
