Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Technical Content Writer to join our team at Simprosys. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality, engaging, and informative content that simplifies technical concepts for merchants and eCommerce professionals. This role involves collaborating with product and marketing teams to develop educational and promotional content for platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix, and Shopline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop high-quality content, including blogs, user guides, case studies, FAQs, product documentation, whitepapers, and more.
  • Simplify complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand content for merchants and eCommerce professionals.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to create educational and promotional content for our Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix, and Shopline solutions.
  • Research industry trends, tools, and practices to produce up-to-date and relevant content.
  • Optimize content for SEO to enhance visibility and drive organic traffic.
  • Ensure all content aligns with Simprosys' s brand voice and messaging.
  • Contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives, including creating scripts for video tutorials and webinars.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 3-4 years of proven experience in technical content writing, preferably in SaaS or eCommerce domains.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix, and Shopline.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with SEO practices and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
  • Ability to research and write on technical subjects with accuracy and clarity.
  • Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
