Responsibilities
Tech Recruitment:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for Android developers, QA engineers, project managers, and other technical roles.
- Source top talent via Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and niche tech job boards.
- Design and manage technical hiring processes (coding tests, system design interviews, cultural fit rounds).
Employee Experience:
- Develop retention strategies, career pathing programs, and team-building initiatives.
- Conduct engagement surveys and implement feedback-driven improvements.
HR Operations:
- Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws (POSH, EPF, Gratuity) and HR policies.
- - Optimize HR tools (ATS, HRMS) for seamless onboarding and performance management..
Qualifications
- Experience: 4+ years in HR/recruitment, with 3+ years in the IT/software development industry
- Skills:
- Expertise in Recruiter ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, Zoho Recruit), and HR analytics.
- Basic understanding of Android development workflows (Agile, SDLC, CI/CD).
- Strong negotiation skills to close competitive tech candidates.
- Preferred: HR certifications (SHRM, HRCI) or experience in startups/scale-up
