The ideal candidate brings strong experience working with pharma commercial teams and can translate business needs into insights, processes, and solutions.Key Responsibilities - Support commercial teams across Brand, Marketing, Sales Operations, and Market Access with domain expertise. - Work closely with cross-functional pharma stakeholders to understand business problems and propose solutions. - Analyze commercial data (sales, forecasting, CRM, omnichannel, HCP engagement) to provide insights and recommendations. - Partner with analytics, technology, and medical teams to design and refine commercial workflows. - Contribute to commercial strategy discussions, business case development, and process optimization. - Review commercial assets and ensure alignment with industry standards and compliance requirements. - Work with field teams (MSLs, Sales Reps, FRMs) to understand on-ground challenges and integrate insights into strategy.Required Skills & Experience - 5+ years of experience. Strong understanding of the Commercial Pharma lifecycle – brand planning, sales operations, field force effectiveness, promotional strategies, market access, and patient support programs. - Experience supporting global or regional pharma commercial teams. - Ability to interpret commercial analytics (sales trends, segmentation, targeting, omnichannel performance, HCP insights). - Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders including brand leads, medical affairs, analytics, and technology teams. - Good understanding of compliance principles within pharma (promotional guidelines, regulatory considerations).
