Our APIs and platform deal with over 145 billion engagements annually. Sinch, 2nd largest cPaaS and messaging provider in the world is looking for a Content Manager at its Noida (India) location.

Requirements

Job Summary:

We're looking for an experienced Content Writer to create high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our target audience and supports our product marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in writing for the SaaS/CPaaS industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and Execute Content Strategy: Create and implement a content strategy that drives audience engagement and growth across multiple platforms, including blog posts, social media, video scripts, and more.

2. Craft Compelling Content: Write high-quality, engaging content that communicates Sinch's product marketing message and supports our overall product strategy.

3. Optimize Content for SEO: Apply SEO principles to content creation, ensuring maximum visibility and reach.

4. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure content aligns with business objectives and supports key performance drivers. The candidate must be a pro in managing multiple projects and prioritizing deadlines.

5. Analyze and Optimize Marketing Efforts: Monitor and analyze the outcome of digital marketing initiatives, providing insights to optimize future marketing efforts.

6. Manage Marketing Roadmap: Develop and manage the content marketing roadmap for Sinch's product lines, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

7. Business Acumen: Keen interest in understanding business operations and key performance drivers.

8. Be the marketing go-to-person for the Sinch India for product marketing. Must have the ability to extract and clearly communicate the key product marketing message aligned with Sinch's overall product strategy.

10. Demonstrated writing excellence, paired with the ability to leverage data and processes to inform and optimize content.

Education: Bachelors in English, Mass Communications/ Marketing 
Experience of 3-8 years in Content Writer roles is preferred
