Key Responsibilities:

- Lead cyber security controls testing across on-premises & cloud environments to assess control effectiveness and adherence to internal cyber security policies and external compliance requirements (e.g., certifications, laws, regulations, and contracts).- Design and develop cloud platform-specific security policies, standards, and procedures for managing accounts and configurations (e.g., Azure Policy, Azure Security Center, AWS Config, identity management, access control, firewall management, security incident management, data protection, SSO, conditional access controls, and password management).- Monitor the internal and external threat environment, identify emerging threats, and provide strategic recommendations to relevant stakeholders.- Develop and lead cyber risk initiatives as part of cloud transformation projects on AWS, Azure, and GCP cloud services.- Strengthen the existing Security Operations Framework by revising policies and addressing challenges in collaboration with key stakeholders.- Manage Security Operations Center (SOC): Oversee the day-to-day operations of the SOC, ensuring continuous monitoring, threat detection, incident response, and proactive defense strategies.- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on cyber risk for leading cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, Office 365, and GCP.- Educate technology stakeholders on cloud security best practices and participate in architectural discussions to ensure security measures are in place.- Coordinate enhancements and deployment efforts while providing insights and recommendations for implementing cloud security solutions.- Conduct cloud security assessments in accordance with internal and industry-standard frameworks.- Develop strategic and tactical security remediation recommendations and a cyber risk roadmap to address identified security gaps.- Perform security risk assessments, vulnerability scans, compliance checks, and configuration reviews.- Ensure continuous monitoring and security incident management using industry-leading tools and frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK, NIST CSF, and OWASP Top 10.- Manage IT security budgets (CAPEX and OPEX) in alignment with management directives.

Experience Required:

- 8 – 11 years of experience in cyber security management, risk assessment, vulnerability management, and cloud security.- Experience in leading security initiatives for cloud transformation projects on AWS, Azure, or GCP.- Expertise in managing security operations, threat intelligence, and compliance frameworks.- Proven ability to handle high-pressure environments and critical security incidents.
