Job Description: Inside Sales Calling Executive

Position Overview: The Inside Sales Calling Executive is responsible for lead management and fostering relationships with potential and existing customers via phone. This role involves understanding customer needs, coordinating with distributors, and tracking lead updates on Interlynx tool. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a results-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inbound Calling:

Make calls to inbound leads from prospective and existing customers – understand their requirements and assign them respective channel partners

2. Lead Qualification:

Qualify leads based on defined criteria after making initial contact.

3. Lead Tracking & Engagement:

Ensure distributors update the lead status on time. Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships for future conversions

4. Customer Relationship Management:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with clients. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

5. Product Knowledge:

Develop a thorough understanding of the company's products & services. Stay updated with industry trends and market conditions to effectively address customer needs.

6. Reporting and Feedback:

Prepare and submit regular reports on lead activities, lead conversion, and performance metrics. Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams on customer needs, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

Education: Any degree Experience: Experience in an inside sales role, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.

Skills & Attributes:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Mandatory languages – English & Hindi Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of organizational and time management skills. Empathetic and customer-focused approach. Proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude.

Working Conditions:

Office environment. Day shift.
