Immigration Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Associate Immigration Specialist to assist in ensuring compliance with US immigration laws and support the successful processing of visa applications and work permits.

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist with US immigration processes and policies, with additional support for other geographies as needed.
• Support the preparation and submission of documentation for US visas, permits, residency, and citizenship applications.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for immigration cases.
• Collaborate with senior team members to ensure adherence to best practices and compliance standards.

Key Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience in US immigration support, legal assistance, or a similar role; experience with other geographies is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of US immigration laws, procedures, and visa categories, with familiarity with other regions (such as the UK, Australia, and the Middle East, including Saudi Arabia) being advantageous.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and prioritize tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting.

Work Timings: US shift.
