Managing the website design and content, and tracking and reporting key metrics on an ongoing basis
Designing, maintaining, and building social media presence across platforms
Planning and deploying digital marketing campaigns that drive brand building and lead generation including email and social media campaigns, newsletters webinars, and SEO/SEM
Tracking effectiveness of various campaigns and course correcting as required
Leading the planning and implementation of PR and other initiatives related to the brand
Collaborating with internal teams, agencies and vendor partners
Creating and managing all marketing materials and collaterals in line with the brand guidelines
Enforcing brand guidelines across all media, collaterals and deliverables
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's/Master's degree in marketing, communication, or any related discipline
8+ years of experience in B2B marketing with a demonstrated experience of designing and implementing digital marketing and communications strategies
Good understanding of B2B marketing automation, SEO and SEM, online marketing tools (such as Google AdWords, Google Analytics), social media platforms (LinkedIn and Twitter) and CRM (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)
Strong analytical ability, attention to detail and data-driven thinking
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excited about working in a start-up as part of a fast-paced and rapidly evolving team
